B. GLS - Ⅲ composite hose pipe making machine is designed and developed by our company on the basis of the second generation pipe making machine and absorbing overseas advanced technology. The machine uses fuzzy control technology and integrates machine, electricity and gas. Compared with similar products at home and abroad, it has the characteristics of high efficiency, low energy consumption, easy operation, automatic alarm in case of failure, non-stop during sheet rewinding, accurate positioning of rotary cutter, stable performance and simple maintenance.

The equipment takes aluminum-plastic composite sheet and all plastic composite sheet as raw materials and uses high-frequency welding technology to manufacture composite hoses of various specifications and models. The welding seam of the manufactured product is straight and firm, the cutting is accurate and the length is consistent.

The equipment can be matched with b.zt-iii full-automatic shoulder injection machine manufactured by our company to form a full-automatic pipe production line.

The use of non-stop coil changing mechanism has the characteristics of high utilization rate of sheet materials and low labor intensity.

The unit mainly includes: automatic unwinding device, docking platform, reservoir, automatic trimming mechanism, automatic forming device, high-frequency welding mechanism, all plastic composite welding mechanism, vertical and horizontal indexing mechanism, automatic pipe feeding mechanism, automatic control tracking rotary cutting device and man-machine interface system control.
